In a nutshell: HubCAPP (Hub of Commissioned Alcohol Projects & Policies), was commissioned by the Department of Health and is managed by Alcohol Concern.  The HubCAPP awards ensure that work undertaken across England by Primary Care Trusts and Drug and Alcohol Action Teams is being recognised and valued.  Voting closes on 26th February 2010.
